Specialist, Design Controls
Innokas Medical is a growing technology company specialized in healthcare technology.
We are now looking for the next star to join our talented Design Studio team in Kempele or in Helsinki. Our development projects are typically challenging and offer an excellent opportunity to utilize already existing skills and develop new ones. Design Controls Specialist is responsible for supporting projects in regulatory compliance.
In your role you will:
- Support Medical Device development projects according to applicable regulations, guidance, standards and given processes
- Be part of internal audit teams
- Provide internal and external trainings
- Be responsible for planning and executing internal process development projects
- Get appropriate training and support from Innokas’ Quality and Regulatory team
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
A few years’ experience of demanding medical device development projects gives the best readiness for this position. Hands-on experience of implementing design control requirements of EU and FDA as well as related IEC 60601-x family standards guarantee the success in the position. In addition, versatile experience of product development, good documentation practices and wide understanding of different engineering competences, for example software, electronics and mechanics is preferred.
Based on your previous experience, you understand that good communication skills and self-driven touch are some of the key elements to success, as well as ability to communicate with our customers, project teams and other stakeholders, especially in challenging situations. A suitable educational background is M.Sc. or B.Sc. in engineering or related technical field.
